Instructions for building a large size tire jump. This is the jump you will be building. Remember to hover the mouse over the pictures to enlarge them.
The Humans
Step 1: Cut the 1" PVC pipes into the required lengths (Note: Easiest to do with a ratcheting PVC pipe cutter less than $10 for a cheap one):

2 x 48" pieces for the uprights.

2 x 30" pieces for the top and bottom crossbars.

4 x 16" pieces for the feet.
Step 2: Assemble the pieces of PVC as seen in the picture into the frame.
Step 3: Form the drain tile into a circle using the chain to hold the ends together.
Step 4: Hang the tire (drain tile) from the top bar of the PVC frame with the chain.
Step 5: Use bungee cords on both sides of the tire to hold it to the sides of the frame.
